چکیده

Modern distribution grids are transforming due to the increasing amount of load and generation based on DC technologies, whose interconnection is facilitated by upcoming AC-DC networks. Their fault management challenged new issues related power transferred among AC sub-networks. In light this, present paper proposes a novel Service Restoration (SR) algorithm, specifically tailored for grids, that optimizes re-energization establishing priorities disconnected bus groups computing, as candidate solutions, hierarchical combinations normally open closed switches. To overcome limitations existing approaches, Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) proposed combine objectively prioritize different SR goals (i.e., use telecontrolled switches, minimization losses, applicability solutions in defined time horizon), ultimately make grid operator benefit from possibility flexibly tune operational objectives. The algorithm allows effectively discriminating competing i.e. whence how re-energize buses, complies with requirements field implementation. results prove crucial role sub-networks, associated control injection converters, enhancing improving its targets number re-energized loads. Ultimately, effect MCDA comparison parameters outcomes quantitatively investigated via global sensitivity analysis, adoption recommended supporting

GIS-Based Multiple-Criteria Decision Analysis

Important and complex spatial decisions, such as allocating land to development or conservationoriented goals, require information and tools to aid in understanding the inherent tradeoffs. They also require mechanisms for incorporating and documenting the value judgements of interest groups and decision makers. Multiple-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) is a family of techniques that aid decisi...

Hesitant Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis Based on TODIM

The TODIM is a valuable technique for solving classical MCDM problems in case of considering the decision maker’s psychological behavior. One main goal of this chapter is to introduce the measured functions-based hesitant fuzzy TODIM technique to deal with the behavioral MCDM problem under hesitant fuzzy environments. The main advantages of this technique are that (1) it can handle the MCDM pro...

Robust Agent Based Distribution System Restoration with Uncertainty in Loads in Smart Grids

This paper presents a comprehensive robust distributed intelligent control for optimum self-healing activities in smart distribution systems considering the uncertainty in loads. The presented agent based framework obviates the requirements for a central control method and improves the reliability of the self-healing mechanism. Agents possess three characteristics including local views, decentr...

A NEW MULTIPLE CRITERIA DECISION-MAKING METHOD BASED ON BIPOLAR FUZZY SOFT GRAPHS

In this research study, we present a novel frame work for handling bipolar fuzzy soft information by combining bipolar fuzzy soft sets with graphs. We introduce several basic notions concerning bipolar fuzzy soft graphs and investigate some related properties. We also consider the application of the bipolar fuzzy soft graphs. In particular, three efficient algorithms are developed to solve mult...
